Its preparation consists of the wilting, curling, fermentation and drying of tea leaves. Its aroma is incomparable and of strong flavor because it is fermented.
Use: Take in infusion 12 to 15 gr per liter of water. Rest time of 3 to 5 minutes. Water temperature: 100ºC
