Mix of nuts, spices and seaweed.
You can use the Picalga stews to prepare stews, lentils, vegetable flavoring.
Hydrate before use, with broth or oil.
Ingredients: Almond, kombu, sweet paprika "Tap de Cortí", thyme, pepper Sechuan, juniper, cinnamon, cumin and boletus.
Allergens: Almonds. Due to the algae, it may contain traces of mollusks, crustaceans and fish.
