It is a new species. It was born as a hybrid of the Quinoa seed and spinach crossbreed. Its flavor is slightly earthy.


Use: Rinse in cold water. Average cooking No more than 15min (watch at 10min). Before baking they can be toasted. You have to put two parts of water / broth for each part of quinoa. It can also be finished in the oven (<20min).
