ORIGIN: India

USE: A natural colouring agent. Essential ingredient in curries. It has a delicate spicy flavour. With a small amount a bright yellow colour is achieved in the preparation of sauces and stews.

ORIGIN: Peru

USE: It is an essential ingredient in curries and is used to flavour meat, chicken stews, vegetable soups and cheeses. It has an intensely aromatic smell and a sweet taste.

Natural additive. 

It comes in the form of a white powder, which dissolves perfectly in water, both hot and cold, giving rise to solutions with a high degree of viscosity.

Especially gluten-free. Dosage from 2 to 4 g per litre.

Mostly used as a thickener and stabiliser.
