Paprika

It is the result of the grinding of red peppers of the variety Tap de Cortí or Cirereta that are only grown and made in Mallorca and are responsible for giving color, aroma and flavor to the dishes and sausages typical of Mallorcan cuisine.

    USE: Moisturize for 1 hour in hot water. You can use the meat of the pepper or whole. Remove the tail and seeds before use.
