Chopped selected leaves dried at a controlled temperature below 45ºC.
Use: Tea or infusion: add boiling water in a cup with mint leaves. It helps in digestion, improves circulation, relieves nerves and stress.
Decoction: boiling the mint leaves for 30 minutes serves to relieve chapped skin and wash wounds.
It has a refreshing taste and produces a "cold" sensation in the respiratory tract and in the mouth.
