ORIGIN: Mallorca

Made from the organically grown Ramallet tomato variety.

Each sachet is equivalent to 4-5 fresh ramallet tomatoes.

USE: Ideal for soups, creams, sauces, salads or stir-fries. Intense flavour.

USE: Ideal for soups, creams, sauces, salads or stews. As a topping in a vichyssoie or cream of prawns. Hydrate in cold water with a little vinegar before use.

Organic dried "ramallet" tomato harvested in Mallorca.

USE: Moisten with a little warm water, a few drops of vinegar and salt. If you want to keep it for a longer period of time, keep it in oil, and it can be marinated with mint.
