ORIGIN: Mallorca
Organic dried "ramallet" tomato harvested in Mallorca.
USE: Moisten with a little warm water, a few drops of vinegar and salt. If you want to keep it for a longer period of time, keep it in oil, and it can be marinated with mint.
Can be used in sauces, e.g. once crushed, add garlic, salt, oregano, mint, vinegar and oil and leave to macerate for about 2 hours.
Drying at low temperature without the use of sulphur.
Examples: Stir-fry, chickpea salad, cod skewer, etc.
