INGREDIENTS:
-4 eggs
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-1/2 cup of animal or vegetable milk
-1 tablespoon olive oil to grease the pan
-1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION: Mix everything and beat well. Spread the pan with oil and with a ladle add the dough. You can fill the crepes with chocolate or fruit and decorate them with grated coconut and red fruits.
