USE: Its flavour is more delicate and milder than that of black pepper. This variety also allows the preparation of sauces, creams, broths and other preparations without blackening them.

ORIGIN: Honduras

Allspice, also known as allspice or sweet pepper.

Originally from Jamaica, but nowadays it comes from Honduras or Guatemala.

USE: Used in the preparation of botifarrones, in recipes such as jerk chicken or in typical Mallorcan dishes such as rice in sauce.
