USE: Hydrate in plenty of hot water for 1 hour. Once hydrated, it yields about 250 gr. of fresh mushrooms.
Contains Senderuela, Trumpet, Chanterelle and Boletus Edulis.
Highly appreciated for their flavour and for their qualities to flavour dishes.
Examples: Risotto, mushroom pizza, scrambled eggs with mushrooms with prawns, etc.
