Recipe: Lamb kebab skewers
1-Crush the meat with the pestles and spices (sumac, paprika, cumin, thyme, oil, pepper and salt).
2-Make meat rolls and put them on metal skewers.
3-Prepare the plate over medium heat, add the oil and roast the kebab.
4-Finally, serve inside a wheat pancake with lettuce and / or fine herb sauce.
