    INGREDIENTS: Tap de Cortí paprika, garlic, parsley, cayenne, marjoram, rosemary and thyme.

    USE: Its use is to accompany roasted meats, dressing salads or marinating poultry and fish. To marinate, use 1 sachet for 1kg of meat.

    Tap de Cortí paprika is mainly used as a preservative in the preparation of sobrasada. But it is also used as a condiment for many Balearic and Spanish stews.

    INGREDIENTS: Smoked Tap de Cortí paprika, cayenne, smoked spicy cirereta paprika, coriander, garlic, cumin, and kummel.

    USE: Used to cook everything from tagines or couscous to grilled fish. It can also be used for something very simple like spreading pieces of bread.

    USE: Moisturize for 1 hour in hot water. You can use the meat of the pepper or whole. Remove the tail and seeds before use.
